Mavy Wellness reviews and results: does it work?

October 20, 2026•2 min read

Mavy Wellness has coached nearly 1,300 adults over 50, with clients aged 50 to 87, and its results come from steady, long term changes rather than quick fixes. Members typically lose body fat gradually, about half a pound to one pound a week, while getting stronger, and many share their stories in interviews on the Forever Fit Podcast.

Results from Mavy Wellness clients, shared with their permission:

  • Lise, who started at 57, went from 184 to 133 pounds in about nine months, then learned to maintain on far more food than she ate while dieting.

  • Gary, 66, plant based since 2011, lost 14 pounds and 3.5 inches off his waist after raising his protein. "I feel stronger."

  • Nigel, 69, is down almost 26 pounds and no longer waits until Monday to get back on track.

  • Arlyce started strength training for the first time at 70 and hiked 7 miles to the highest point in Minnesota for her birthday.

  • Dr. Laurie Marbas, a double board-certified physician, lost 7% body fat with Mavy coaching.

What members say, without names:

  • A retired nurse, 66: "I needed a plan!" She went from one reluctant gym visit a week to four.

  • A woman of 65 who hated exercise: more than 20 pounds lost, training four times a week.

  • A marathon runner sidelined at 55: "One of the best investments I've made in my entire life."

Honest expectations: Mavy is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. Results take months, they depend on consistency, and they vary from person to person.
