The individual pursuit of Excellence is the driving force behind Nick’s achievements and accomplishments. As an athlete, Nick began his career in sport & health shortly after his sedentary high school life, sparking a transformative journey to discover the meaning of health & happiness. Following an initial foray into the world of running, Nick launched himself completely into the diverse and supportive community of triathlon.
Finding solace in the challenge, passion, and camaraderie sport offers, Nick invested himself fully in further developing both himself and the local community culture of triathlon. Having pursued a degree in Sport leadership and a Masters in Sport Psychology; he utilizes all aspects of his knowledge base to influence his coaching and competition styles. Eagerly pursuing self-growth and the growth of the community, Nick invests in himself and his athletes equally.
Competing in Duathlon and Triathlons of varying distances, Nick challenges his mind and body to perform daily to the best of his ability and to foster a mindset of personal growth in himself and his athletes. From daily mental practices, to physical training, and proper nutrition, Nick is constantly working to improve. As a coach and athlete, Nick is always willing to discuss the intricacies and cross-influence of plant-based nutrition, mental skills training, and physical training, and the holistic athlete identity. For, as Aristotle stated, it is not one act that creates excellence, but excellence is the manifestation of many daily, conscious, and deliberate practices that eventually lead to blissful happiness.

With 10 years of experience in fitness coaching, Cassidy Baras is dedicated to helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence through movement. As a certified personal trainer, she specializes in mobility, yoga, and Pilates, offering a well-rounded approach that improves flexibility, balance, and core stability. Her expertise extends to core and pelvic floor health, helping clients strengthen these essential muscle groups for better posture, injury prevention, and overall well-being.
Cassidy believes that movement is medicine and takes a functional approach to training—helping clients develop strength that translates into everyday life.
Outside of the gym, Cassidy is an avid golfer, bringing her personal passion for the sport into her coaching philosophy. She understands the importance of mobility, stability, and control for athletic performance and incorporates these elements into her training programs.
